Deepen your candidate pool while reaching passive candidates

Reach passive candidates in hard-to-reach specialties

It might sound difficult to both expand your candidate funnel and reach passive candidates, but it’s certainly possible. Every year, there are dozens of specialty conferences throughout the country where you can meet quality candidates or receive their information.

If you are looking for physicians or advanced practice providers to fill one of your open positions, a specialty conference is a great place to start. You can speak with candidates - or get their information - in the specialty for which you are looking. Attending a specialty conference allows you to interact solely with candidates in that specialty, which gives you a greater chance of finding qualified physicians and APPs for job openings in that desired field.

You can definitely find great hires from posting your jobs on a job board, but in doing so, you might only reach candidates actively looking for opportunities. When attending or collecting leads from a specialty conference, you expand your candidate funnel to include both active and passive candidates qualified for your job openings. Attending also gives potential hires the opportunity to learn about your organization’s culture and current and future openings within their specialty, even when they aren’t actively looking for a new position.

PracticeLink has developed a solution to help you expand your candidate funnel and get detailed information on both active and passive candidates - without the time and money it takes to travel and exhibit. Our team will attend these conferences on your behalf to collect quality leads for you.

Passive candidates require active recruitment. PracticeLink would like to remove the burden of traveling and exhibiting and still allow you to collect quality leads from up to 20 specialty conferences. Deepen your candidate pool and reach passive candidates at any or all of our 2020 events!
