The new year is a time for looking forward. For us here at PracticeLink, that takes on an even greater meaning in 2024, as it marks 30 years of working with you, our physician recruitment community.
When PracticeLink started back in 1994, we could only dream of the caliber of organizations with whom we would work; the physicians and advanced practice providers we would help find professional homes; and the physician recruiters we would get to call friends.
It’s fun to consider the people we met in 1994 and wonderful to know that many of our first clients are still part of our community today. And it’s humbling to think of all the lives improved and saved over the last 30
years because of the relationships you’ve developed with clinicians through PracticeLink.
But it’s not the past we’re most excited about - it’s the future.
We continue to look for ways to improve the physician recruitment process through people, education and technology. We’re obsessed with bringing you the best possible results at the lowest possible cost in the least amount of time. This year, we’ll host more than 30 virtual career fairs; attend 20 provider specialty conferences and more than a dozen recruiter conferences; mail nearly a half million publications to residents, fellows and physician job seekers; and constantly improve the most widely used online physician job bank - all to help you recruit, hire and heal your communities.
